1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Bridge2Korea website (bridge2korea.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Bridge2Korea acts as an authorized agent connecting students in the United States with EDM Korean Global Campus in Seoul, South Korea. Our services include:
- Providing information about Korean language programs
- Facilitating enrollment inquiries and registration
- Coordinating accommodation and transportation services
- Processing deposits and payments
- Providing pre-departure support and guidance
3. Registration and Enrollment
3.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 14 years of age (with parental consent for minors)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have a valid passport for international travel
3.2 Registration Process
Registration consists of two steps:
- Initial Inquiry: Submit basic contact information and program interest
- Detailed Registration: Complete full registration with personal details, course preferences, and optional services
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your enrollment without refund.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your enrollment. The deposit amount will be clearly displayed before payment.
4.2 Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your enrollment.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments via secure payment processors including credit cards and other electronic payment methods.
4.4 Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Deposit
The initial deposit is non-refundable except in cases where:
- The program is cancelled by EDM Korean Global Campus
- Visa application is denied (with documentation)
5.2 Course Fees
Refund policies for course fees are subject to EDM Korean Global Campus policies. Please refer to their terms for specific details.
5.3 Cancellation by Student
If you wish to cancel your enrollment:
- More than 30 days before start date: Full refund minus deposit
- 15-30 days before start date: 50% refund minus deposit
- Less than 15 days before start date: No refund
6. Accommodation and Services
6.1 Accommodation
Accommodation services are provided by third-party partners. Bridge2Korea facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the quality or conditions of accommodation.
6.2 Airport Pickup
Airport pickup services are optional and subject to availability. Flight information must be provided at least 7 days before arrival.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bridge2Korea or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bridge2Korea acts as an intermediary between students and EDM Korean Global Campus. We are not responsible for:
- The quality or content of educational programs
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
- Personal injury, illness, or accidents during your stay in Korea
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Visa issues or travel restrictions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bridge2Korea.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge2Korea, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
